3. Intellectual Property & Single-User License

 

All content included in the Services (videos, worksheets, text, logos, graphics) is the intellectual property of TodayKorean OÜ and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Restrictions: You may NOT:

    • Share your login credentials with anyone else.

    • Download (except for resources explicitly marked for download), copy, redistribute, or resell any part of our content (including selling physical printed copies of digital files).

    • Create derivative works based on our content.

    • Attempt to scrape, data mine, or use any automated systems (robots, spiders) to extract data from the Services for AI training or commercial purposes.

  • Violation: If our system detects account sharing or unauthorized distribution, your account will be terminated immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to seek legal damages.

 

4. Payments, Taxes, and Subscription

 

  • Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you purchase with a non-USD currency card (e.g., EUR, KRW), your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

  • Taxes (VAT):

    • EU Customers: In accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services, VAT is applied based on your (the consumer's) location. The final price including VAT will be displayed at checkout.

    • Non-EU Customers: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

  • Subscription Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.

 

5. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

 

  • A. For EU/EEA Consumers (Right of Withdrawal Waiver): By purchasing our digital content (e.g., online courses, downloadable files, community access), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessible or the download has started. Therefore, we do not offer the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital products.

  • B. General Refund Policy (Global): Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific sales page (e.g., a "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee").

  • C. Chargebacks: You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card issuer or bank without first contacting us at [email protected] to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our platform and may be reported to credit bureaus or relevant authorities.

 

6. User Conduct & Account Termination

 

We use our best efforts to maintain a respectful community. We reserve the right to terminate your account without refund if you violate our guidelines.

  • Community Guidelines: You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, religion, politics, or gender. You also agree not to spam or solicit other users.

  • Termination for Cause: Violation of these guidelines will result in the immediate termination of your account without notice. In this case, you will NOT be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period or course access.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TodayKorean OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

 

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
