  • Not Professional Advice: Our content does not constitute professional legal, financial, or interpretation advice.

  • Printable Products Disclaimer: For downloadable PDF products (e.g., Flashcards), actual print colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to different monitor settings and printer capabilities. 3. Intellectual Property & Single-User License

 

All content included in the Services (videos, worksheets, text, logos, graphics) is the intellectual property of TodayKorean OÜ and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Restrictions: You may NOT:

    • Share your login credentials with anyone else.

    • Download (except for resources explicitly marked for download), copy, redistribute, or resell any part of our content (including selling physical printed copies of digital files).

    • Create derivative works based on our content.

    • Attempt to scrape, data mine, or use any automated systems (robots, spiders) to extract data from the Services for AI training or commercial purposes.

  • Violation: If our system detects account sharing or unauthorized distribution, your account will be terminated immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to seek legal damages.

 

4. Payments, Taxes, Free Trials, and Subscriptions

 

  • Currency. Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or other transaction fees.

 

  • Free Trials. Some subscription Offers may include a free trial. A valid payment method may be required to begin a trial. The applicable trial length, recurring price, and billing frequency will be clearly displayed at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin and the payment method provided at checkout will be charged at the stated recurring rate.

 

  • Recurring Subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel a subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

 

  • Separate Subscriptions. Where Community Access or another optional service is purchased as a separate subscription, it is billed and managed separately from the main course subscription. Canceling one subscription does not automatically cancel another unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

  • One-Time Access Offers. Some Offers provide access for a fixed period, such as 12 months, for a one-time payment. These Offers do not automatically renew unless this is clearly stated at checkout.

 

  • Taxes. Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law and will be handled according to the tax rules applicable to the transaction.

 

5. Refunds and Consumer Withdrawal Rights

 

  • Mandatory Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply under the law of your country of residence.

 

  • Digital Content. Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, we may ask you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the effect this may have on your statutory right of withdrawal. Where permitted by applicable law and where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.

 

  • Digital Services and Subscriptions. Different statutory rules may apply to digital services and subscription-based services. Any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

 

  • Free Trials. A free trial offered by TodayKorean is an additional contractual benefit and is separate from any statutory consumer rights. If you cancel an eligible subscription before the stated trial period ends, you will not be charged the first recurring subscription payment.

 

  • Voluntary Refund Policy. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise for a specific Offer, we do not provide voluntary refunds after paid digital content has been supplied or after a paid subscription billing period has begun. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

 

  • Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content or Services. This refund policy does not limit any legal remedies available to consumers where digital content or digital services are defective, unavailable, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

 

6. User Conduct & Account Termination

 

We use our best efforts to maintain a respectful community. We reserve the right to terminate your account without refund if you violate our guidelines.

  • Community Guidelines: You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, religion, politics, or gender. You also agree not to spam or solicit other users.

  • Termination for Cause: Violation of these guidelines will result in the immediate termination of your account without notice. In this case, you will NOT be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period or course access.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TodayKorean OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

 

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
